IMPORTANT NOTE: The standard warranty for defects in Germ-Fogger™ materials and workmanship:

Germ-Fogger™ GF-005 for the cart chassis not including mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner. This will be automatically extended to three (3) years from receipt by the original owner if the owner completes and submits the online warranty registration form below for the unit(s).

Germ-Fogger™ Backpack for the backpack bag, straps, etc. not including mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner. This will be automatically extended to five (5) years from receipt by the original owner if the owner completes and submits the online warranty registration form below for the unit(s).

Germ-Fogger™ Shoulder Sling for the bag, sling strap, etc. not including mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner. This will be automatically extended to five (5) years from receipt by the original owner if the owner completes and submits the online warranty registration form below for the unit(s).

All models mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner.

Germ Fogger, LLC (“Germ Fogger”), warrants its Germ-Fogger™ disinfecting system to the original owner as follows:

1) For Germ-Fogger GF-005 for the cart chassis not including mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner. This will be automatically extended to three (3) years from receipt by the original owner if the owner completes and submits the online warranty registration form below for the unit(s).

2) For Germ-Fogger™ Backpack for the backpack bag, straps, etc. not including mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner. This will be automatically extended to five (5) years from receipt by the original owner if the owner completes and submits the online warranty registration form below for the unit(s).

3) For Germ-Fogger™ Shoulder Sling for the bag, sling strap, etc. not including mechanical and/or electrical components: one (1) year from receipt by the original owner. This will be automatically extended to five (5) years from receipt by the original owner if the owner completes and submits the online warranty registration form below for the unit(s).

4) For all Germ-Fogger™ models mechanical components, compressors, electronic controls, hoses, spray wands, connectors, etc. for a period of one (1) year from receipt by the original owner.

During the warranty period, Germ Fogger will either, at its option, repair or replace product components which prove to be defective.

Should Germ Fogger be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable period of time, the Owmer’s sole alternate exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the purchase price upon return of the product.

Customer Responsibilities

Customer must provide qualified technical personnel to maintain and repair the equipment.

Alterations and/or Modifications to any part of Germ-Fogger’s product, without Germ-Fogger’s written authorization unconditionally VOIDS the Germ-Fogger Warranty.

The performance of the equipment when used in combination with equipment not purchased, specified, or approved by Germ-Fogger VOIDS the Germ-Fogger warranty.

This warranty shall not apply to defects or malfunctions resulting from: improper use by owner, unauthorized modification, unapproved disinfecting agents, misuse, improper installation, or improper maintenance.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service in case of a warranty claim, client must contact Germ-Fogger immediately for a Material Return Authorization (MRA). Germ-Fogger may opt to inspect warranty claims at client’s place of business or may request clients to return the product to the Germ-Fogger factory. All charges for removal, reinstallation, and shipping both to and from the Germ-Fogger factory are at the client’s expense.

Non-Transferable

This warranty is offered to the original end-user owner only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party without the express written consent of Germ Fogger.

Limitations of Warranty

GERM FOGGER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT. GERM FOGGER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Exclusive Remedies

The remedies provided herein are owner’s sole and exclusive remedies.  In no event shall Germ Fogger be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
