GermFogger Shipping Policy

All prices shown on this web site are in U.S. dollars. All times shown are Pacific time zone (either standard or daylight savings, depending upon the time of year).

Shipping and handling charges are based on shipment to U.S. addresses in the contiguous 48 states; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges; we will contact you if this is the case. At this time we are not accepting international orders.

Minimum order shipping weight is one pound. Orders with multiple items are shipped based upon true total shipping weight in increments of one pound but if the total weight is less than one pound the shipping rates for one pound will apply.

We maintain inventory on most products but due to the number of items, volatility of demand and vendor production schedules it is impossible for us to guarantee that we will have each and every individual item in stock when an order is received. Orders for in stock items are processed on a “first come, first served basis” based upon the date and time received.

We have outgoing order shipments picked up daily Monday through Friday; there are no orders processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

Production Time

For GermFoggers paid for with a properly authorized credit card, orders are normally shipped within ten (10)  business days after they are received (i.e. orders received before 2:00PM Monday ship on the second Tuesday after receipt, orders received before 2:00PM Tuesday ship on the second Wednesday after receipt, orders received before 2:00PM Friday ship on the second Monday after receipt, etc.)

Shipping Transit Times

Orders shipped using standard shipping and handling normally arrive four to ten business days after we ship (NOT receive) the order.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is the total of Production Time plus Shipment Transit Time. For example, for a GermFogger with standard production and standard shipping, Delivery Time would be the 10 days for standard production plus the 4 – 10 days for standard shipping = 14 – 20 days total. When you place your order please be sure to allow enough time for both production and shipping transit time.

If you have a real rush contact us and we will do all we can to expedite your order. Extra shipping charges will be incurred.

Orders paid for by check normally ship after we allow a seven business day bank clearing time. We will notify you promptly by email if we will be unable to meet these shipping guidelines; if delivery time is critical we may be able to expedite the shipping of your order; please contact us for a stock check and a firm shipment date estimate before ordering. For purposes of compliance with the FTC “Mail and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule” our stated shipment policy is that we will ship all orders within 30 days of receipt of valid payment and complete destination shipping information.
